Admission Procedure
✓ Kindly fill in the admission form after thoroughly reading it and submit it to our Admission in
charge before the last date along with the following
- I-Card size recent smiling colour photographs of the child pasted on the admission form.
- One certified true copy of school reports of the last three years (as applicable) for our record
purposes.
- One certified true copy of the child's birth certificate Original Birth Certificate should not be
submitted at the time of submitting the application
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Father & Mother
- Photocopy of proof of residence of different from address given in Aadhar Card of Father
& Mother)
✓ Kindly ensure that the admission form is complete in all respects so as to facilitate the admission
procedure Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications will not be accepted after
the last date Mere submission of application form does not guarantee admission
✓ In case of any doubts, clarifications, please feel free to call our front office during office hours
✓ If admission is granted parents will have to submit the following:
- I-card size recent color photographone each of child father and mother.
- I-Card size recentsmingcolour photographs of the child.
- Original copy of Leaving Certificate from the last school attended duly attested by the
Education Officer in case of Interstate transfer. (if applicable)
- Admission fees and the first instalment amount as applicable Kindly do not make any cash
/cheque payments without taking a receipt for the same.
